Among The Lost formed in early 2012 after founding members Dennis Jamison and Donnie Atkinson met to talk about a new musical direction. After a few months, the band was formed to include Dennis Jamison- lead vocals, guitar, Justin Lero- guitar, Luke Brisbin – acoustic guitar, BGV's, Gregg Banfield- Bass & BGV's and Donnie Atkinson on drums. Together, the band has found a sound that resonates with people. New songs abound with the message of Christ that seems to reach people wherethey are. While most Christian bands spend most of their time in churches or youth camps, Among The Lost has heard the call to play where the lost are. The band has played in bars, drug addiction treatment centers, biker rally's and in public festivals. Their call is to reach the lost...not to become the next big thing in Christian music.
